New methods can be created or customized on the unit or via linked PC.

Although dedicated to water and environmental analysis Aquanova can still be used as a standard single beam visible spectrophotometer by selecting the Photometric menu option. Absorbance, %T and wavelength are displayed giving added functionality and flexibility. This will be especially useful in method development, as well as in areas where teaching and training is carried out.

A multi-purpose sample holder that will accept 10mm path length cuvettes as well as 16mm and 24mm diameter sample tubes, is fitted to Aquanova. Where longer path lengths are required the optional 10 to 100mm path length cuvette holder can be fitted. A range of alternative sample holders, cuvettes and tubes are available to enhance the capabilities of Aquanova.
